Headset Store Terms & Conditions of Sale

We are a great company to work with and order from but there are some things you need to know.

This document outlines our returns policy for any orders placed online. When you place an online order with Headset Store, you are entering a contract with us based on these terms and conditions.

14 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are unhappy with your goods in any way, you can return them within 14 days of delivery date subject to any re-stocking charges. After your 14 day return period, items will not be accepted for a refund.If faulty, all Items returned after 14 days of delivery will be repaired or replaced under warranty before being dispatched back out to you using the address given on your original order.

All returned goods must be sent back to us, at your own expense in the original condition they were supplied, complete & undamaged with their original packaging, documentation and manuals to be considered for refund. We do not refund original postage & packing costs unless goods are found to be faulty. Headset Store retain the right to refuse any goods that have been opened, used or damaged.

We recommend that any items returned are recorded or sent with a reputable courier as we will not take responsibility for lost or damaged items.

Restocking Charges

Business & Company purchases returned within the 14 day period will be be subject to a re-stocking fee. This charge is applied to cover our time, handling and courier surcharges as well as all admin involved. Any refund issued, will be returned minus this restocking charge and the original courier fee. (unless faulty or damaged on delivery)

Cordless Phones Carry a 20% Restocking Fee & Administration Fee

Telephone System Cards Carry a 20% Restocking & Administration Fee

Telephone System Handsets Carry a 15% Restocking & Administration Fee

Telephone Headsets Carry a 20% Restocking &  Administration Fee

All Items Returned must carry the original warranty sticker otherwise they will be rejected and no refund issued.

12 Months Guarantee

All our products have a minimum 12-MONTH full guarantee from date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

This means that if the product develops a fault or stops working during this period, we will replace it at our own cost "like for like"

All the products we supply are either FULLY REFURBISHED or BRAND NEW as specified on the product page. Our refurbished products have been professionally cleaned, sanitized, tested and shrink wrapped.

We are very well known in the Telecom's Industry for the quality of our products and our service to our customers.

You must notify us within 48 hours if goods have been damaged in transit otherwise we will not hold any responsibility.

The 12 month guarantee does not cover wear & tear, accidental or malicious / wilful damage.

What to do if your product develops a fault

In the unlikely event of a fault occurring within the guarantee period you need to complete a returns form and send it back with the item you wish to return, to get a returns form please call us on 01675 432 123.  Returns will not be accepted without this document.If you have not already registered with us, you can do this from the returns form page and complete the order details.

Please ensure all returned goods are adequately insured (to the value of the goods). Goods must be well packaged and proof of postage obtained, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods in transit being sent to us by a third party.

Upon return, if no fault is found we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of returning the goods back to you.

You can send your faulty product back to the following address along with a a copy of the purchase invoice (receipt) and the returns document.  If these documents are not included, we will refuse the return.

Our on-line sales team aim to provide a high level of customer satisfaction both with our products and the service we offer. If you feel we have failed to meet these criteria in any shape or form, we would welcome your thoughts regarding improvements. We always welcome constructive criticism by post, telephone or fax. We will endeavour to respond to any complaints within 24 hours.
