We are a great company to work with but there are some things you need to know before your order.

This document outlines our returns policy for any orders placed online. When you place an online order with The Headset Store, you are entering a contract with us based on the below terms and conditions.

As we supply mainly headsets, we have strict rules on returning items after your 14 day period. As headsets and earphones we supply are typically worn by the user who buys them, we cannot accept returns following a 14 day returns period. If we agree to replace or refund items after this 14 day period, it is at the discression of our directors and this will only be considered under certain circumstances.

14 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are unhappy with your goods in any way, you can return them within 14 days of the delivery date subject to any re-stocking charges stated below. Once we have accepted your return, you then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us. Any item you have ordered that is received after this period will not be accepted.

After your 14 day return period, items will not be accepted for refund under any circumstances. A replacement will always be offered if the item(s) is faulty and falls under warranty. All Items returned after 14 days of delivery will be repaired or replaced under warranty before being dispatched back out to you using the address given on your original order.

  • All returned goods must be sent back to us, at your own expense in the original condition they were supplied, complete & undamaged with their original packaging, documentation and manuals to be considered for refund.

  • We do not refund original postage & packing costs unless goods are found to be faulty. The Headset Store retain the right to refuse any goods that have been opened, used or damaged.

  • We recommend that any items returned are recorded or sent with a reputable courier as we will not take responsibility for lost or damaged items.

  • If you are purchasing from The Headset Store as a consumer, these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Within 14 Days of delivery you can

- Return an item if you are unhappy with it.
- Ask for a refund of purchase minus shipping costs.
- Request another product if yours is not suitable.

After 14 Days you cannot.

- Return an item unless it is faulty.
- Ask us to replace the item with something else.
- Request a refund for any item.

Restocking Charges

Business and Company purchases returned within the 14 day period will be be subject to a re-stocking fee.

This charge is applied to cover our time, handling, card fees and courier surcharges as well as all admin involved. Any refund issued, will be returned minus this restocking charge and the original shipping fee. If the item is faulty or damaged on delivery, we will not charge this re-stocking fee and refund you in full or replace the item(s) at our own cost.

  • Cordless Phones Carry a 20% Restocking Fee & Administration Fee

  • Telephone Systems Carry a 20% Restocking & Administration Fee

  • Telephone System Cards Carry a 20% Restocking & Administration Fee

  • Telephone System Handsets Carry a 15% Restocking & Administration Fee

  • Telephone Headsets Carry a 20% Restocking &  Administration Fee

  • All Items Returned must carry the original warranty sticker otherwise they will be rejected and no refund issued.

 

12 Month Guarantee

All our products have a minimum 12 month full guarantee from date of purchase unless otherwise stated. This warranty is provided by The Headset Store directly. If a manufacturer offers a warranty period exceeding 12 months, you must go through them to obtain a replacement after this 12 month period.

This means that if the product develops a fault or stops working during this period, we will replace it at our own cost on a "like for like" basis

All of the products we supply are either Fully Refurbished, Ex-Demo or Brand New as specified on the website product pages. Our refurbished products have been professionally cleaned, sanitized, tested and shrink wrapped to the highest standards.

  • We are very well known in the Telecom's Industry for the quality of our products and our service to our customers.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours if goods have been damaged in transit otherwise we will not be held responsibile.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours if goods contents are missing or not delivered as expected otherwise we will not be held responsible.

  • Our 12 month guarantee does not cover wear & tear, accidental or malicious / wilful damage to any product.

  • Batteries supplied with refurbished condition wireless headsets carry a 6 month warranty as standard.

 

What to do if your product develops a fault?

In the unlikely event of a fault occurring within the warranty period, you will need to complete a returns form and send it back with the item you wish to return, to get a returns form please call us on 01675 432 123.  Returns will not be accepted without this document.  If you have not already registered with us, you can do this from the returns form page and complete the order details.

  • You must send back any goods relating to a warranty claim at your own expense. Please ensure all returned goods are adequately insured (to the value of the goods). Goods must be well packaged and proof of postage obtained, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods in transit being sent to us by a third party.

  • Upon return, if no fault is found we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of returning the goods back to you. If the item is faulty, we will fully repair or replace it depending on the nature of the fault / problem. We will return any items we need to repair or replace at our expense.

  • You can send your faulty product back to the following address along with a a copy of the purchase invoice (receipt) and the returns document.  If these documents are not included, we will refuse the return.

  • Prior to any returning any items, you MUST complete an online returns form.

Our online sales team aim to provide a high level of customer satisfaction both with our products and the service we offer.
