Jabra Headset Warranty Claim

For the years we have worked with Jabra, we know they truly care about their customers. The returns process is straightforward, fast and efficient with fantastic support.

When you order from The Headset Store, we will handle warranty returns on your behalf for faulty items within the first 30 days of purchase. Following this period, you will need to return any faulty products using the Jabra returns process. Fortunately, it couldn't be easier to do.

As standard Jabra offer 2 years warranty on the majority of products so you can rest assured you will be covered in the event of a technical fault with your device. All you have to do is arrange for the return of the product using Jabra's dedicated returns platform ServiceNet. Jabra will then get a replacement sent directly to you.

Making a Warranty Claim Request

Prior to making a warranty claim via Jabra directly, it is important to have the right information available in front of you which will largely simplify the process. In most instances, just make sure you have the headset in front of you so you can locate the product serial number which is a alpha-numeric string unique to every headset sold. Once you have this, the process is pretty easy.

Once Registered or Signed In

Once you are signed in you can use the serial number on your device to check the warranty status. You can then request replacements for any eligible in-warranty headsets.

Finding Your Serial Number

The location of the serial number for your headset will vary from device to device. Generally they can be found in the following locations, depending on your model:

  • On the product box (if you still own this)
  • On the inner part of the headband close to the speaker
  • On the In-Line Control (if USB)
  • On the charging base (with cordless DECT headsets)

Once a Serial Number Has Been Entered

After you have successfully entered your serial number, you will see a page that provides information on the product, confirmation of its unique serial number and whether the device is still in warranty.

Once your serial is entered, you can check the tick box and request a replacement for the item (if it is in warranty). This will take you to the next step.

review input

Once you hit confirm, you will then be re-directed to the next page. Here you can input the reason for return for each product, upload proof of purchase where needed and enter information into the Customer Line Reference field. Once you are happy with the information entered you can proceed to shipping.

Shipping Details

In the shipping section, you can select or edit your shipping address as required. You can also select a secondary email address to receive notifications about the parcel's status and add a reference for the entire package, which will show on the order confirmation. If you are not finished with your request, you can save it as a draft, but please be aware that this will be automatically deleted after 7 days.

When you are ready to proceed, simply accept the terms and conditions and submit your return.

Jabra normally return all of the products from your claim in one parcel however this is not always the case as we have seen instances where the items are returned in separate consignments and at different times.

Once You Have Submitted Your Warranty Claim

You will receive further instructions on what you need to do via email within a few hours. Jabra will arrange the shipping and email across a returns label which needs to be printed off in the correct format before being securely added to the box containing your returned item(s). This package can then be given to Royal Mail for delivery.
