Connect to computers via the included USB-A wireless dongle and connect directly to your Bluetooth devices using the built-in Bluetooth 5.3 technology (3 total simultaneous connections). The USB-C cable can be used to connect to computers and can also be used while charging the headset giving a total of 3 different connection options. The EPOS IMPACT 1000 series features TalkThrough technology allowing you to communicate with colleagues without removing the headset. The 360 busylight signals when you're on a call to minimise disruption and the intuitive on-headset controls make daily use a breeze.

Industry Leading Voice Pickup
The IMPACT 1000 uses industry-leading microphone technology powered by EPOS AI™. It relies on a noise-cancelling algorithm that intelligently identifies the noise around you. The microphone uses beamforming technology to scan the surrounding environment 32,000 times per second, which allows it to effectively identify and shut down sources of noise.

With so many distractions employees find it difficult to concentrate and get work done. In turn, this makes people more fatigued and less productive. Both on the A and B side of the call the IMPACT 1000 Series uses EPOS BrainAdapt™ technology to deliver better concentration with less brain fatigue for both sides of the call.
Hybrid Adaptive ANC
Hybrid adaptive ANC means that the built-in Active Noise Cancellation will adapt to the surrounding noise level and only use as much ANC as needed at any given time. This reduces the feeling of occlusion in situations where a high level of ANC is not required. The levels of ANC can be adjusted manually using the EPOS connect app.
